The Officers of The American Miniature Horse Association, Inc., shall consist of a President, a Vice President, the immediate Past President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, (and a Director-At-Large when dictated by circumstances described in Article VIII, Section 1) selected in accordance with the AMHA rule book.
